    • Winding order

    1) It is need to wind 50 turns of the winding «I» with 0.4 mm wire. The beginning of the winding from the pin of the coil former and the first turn must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 0.8mm). Provide security clearance from the upper edge of the coil former to the winding region is not less than 2 mm. The end of the winding up to the pin of the coil former must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 0.8mm).


    2) Isolate the wound winding with one layer of tape.


    3)It is need to wind 7 turns of the winding «II» with 0.4 mm wire. The beginning of the winding from the pin of the coil former must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 0.8mm). The end of the winding up to the pin of the coil former must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 0.8mm). Provide security clearance from the edge of the coil former to the winding region is not less than 2 mm on both sides.


    4) Isolate the wound winding with three layers of tape.


    5) It is need to wind 6 turns of the winding «III» with 1.0 mm wire. The beginning of the winding from the pin of the coil former must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 1.2mm). The end of the winding up to the pin of the coil former must be made in insulating fluoroplastic tube (inner diameter 1.2mm). Provide security clearance from the edge of the coil former to the winding region is not less than 2 mm on both sides.


    6) Isolate the wound winding with two layers of tape.


    7) It is need to connect the halves of the core with a tape, winding the core around the perimeter in five layers of the tape.


    8) Cover the transformer with lacquer, ensuring the fixation of the core relative to the coil former, pins 1-10 must be protected from coverage.
